TAPCARD.BIZ – REFUND POLICY

TapCard.Biz (“TapCard,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides NFC TapCards, digital business card profiles, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). TapCard.Biz is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of JGD Designs LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through the Service.

Physical Products (NFC TapCards)

Due to the customized nature of NFC TapCards, all sales are generally final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information provided at checkout, or dissatisfaction with design choices once an order has been processed.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective;
  • The product does not function as intended (e.g., NFC chip failure);
  • You received the wrong item due to our error.

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tapcard.biz with your order details and, if applicable, photos or a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.

Digital Services and Subscriptions

Payments for digital services, including premium features, subscriptions, or analytics tools, are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for future billing cycles.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders for physical TapCards may only be modified or canceled within a limited time after purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
