TapCard™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital business card profiles, NFC TapCards, QR codes, lead capture tools, analytics, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). TapCard.biz is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of JGD Designs LLC, a Florida limited liability company, which is the entity that has filed a trademark application for the TapCard™ brand.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing/using a TapCard™, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Payment Information: Billing details for purchases (full payment card information is processed by third-party processors; we do not store complete card numbers).
