First responder tapping a senior woman's red Emergency TapCard wristband with a smartphone in a park

The Emergency ID That Speaks When You Can’t

An accident. A seizure. A loved one who wandered off and can’t remember their way home. In the moments that matter most, the person who needs help often can’t explain what responders need to know.

Emergency TapCard fixes that. It’s an NFC card, keychain, or wristband linked to a secure emergency profile you build in minutes. One tap from any smartphone shows first responders your medical conditions, allergies, medications, and emergency contacts — instantly, when every second counts.

How It Works

  1. Build your emergency profile. After you sign up, you are taken straight to the app to build your profile: conditions, allergies, medications, doctors, and the people to call. Add a photo so responders can confirm identity.
  2. Link your TapCard. Connect your card, keychain, or wristband to your profile. Wear it, carry it, clip it to a bag — whatever fits your life.
  3. Responders tap and know. Any smartphone taps the TapCard and the emergency profile opens. No app needed on their phone. No battery to charge. No password standing between a responder and the information that matters.

What Responders See

  • Medical conditions — diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, heart conditions, and more
  • Allergies, including medication and food allergies
  • Current medications and dosages
  • Emergency contacts — tap to call, right from the profile
  • Your photo and name, so they know they have the right person
  • Notes you choose to add: physician, preferred hospital, communication needs

You control what is on the profile, and you can update it the moment anything changes — a new medication, a new phone number, a new doctor. No re-engraving. No reordering. No waiting.

FAQ

Does the person tapping need an app?

No. Any modern smartphone reads the TapCard with a tap and opens the profile in the browser. Nothing to install — on their phone or yours.

Does it need charging or batteries?

Never. TapCards use passive NFC technology, the same tap-to-pay tech in your bank card. There is no battery to die at the worst moment.

What if my medications or contacts change?

Update your profile in the app and it is live immediately. Change a medication, a dosage, or a phone number as often as life changes — at no cost.

Is my information private?

Your profile only opens when someone taps your TapCard or scans its code. You choose exactly what goes on it.

What if I lose my TapCard?

Your profile lives in your account, not on the card. Link a replacement device and you are covered again — cards and keychains are $10.

Can I get one for my child or parent?

Yes. You build and manage the profile for them; they just wear or carry the TapCard.
